This was a great experience from walking in the door to leaving! This was our first experience with live actors and I was a bit nervous because I get scared easily. (I do enjoy getting scared though!) I really liked that the whole time things stayed in character. You don’t ask for hints, you ask for your hotel mail. We played it with 2 people which did add some difficulty. I think 3 or 4 people would be perfect for this room. Completely playable with 2 though.
This was really run. It was our first with a live actor.

This was one of the best parts of this room. It was really creepy knowing someone else was in there! Added an extra level of excitement.

Best experience for the brave escape artist. By far the best game masters in the business.

Well this was my 100th game and I’m pretty sure it cracked the top 5. What an experience!

Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. Even as a scaredy-cat, I had a blast in this room. Ambiance was spooky and realistic, gameplay was fun and challenging, and plenty of plot twists made this my favorite escape room to date!

Definitely lived up to the hype! The most interactive escape room experience I’ve done - also my first room with a live actor for 100% of it. Features the scariest moment I’ve witnessed in any haunted house or horror themed room! Highly recommend to anybody, but theater kids should definitely get a kick out of this one.
Autumn did an incredible job playing Lou! Thomas talked with us about escape rooms for a bit and then provided a great in character intro and outro to our game. All the staff is welcoming!

Good mix of both - starts on the mechanical side and then becomes more high tech

Doable with 2 experienced players but plenty of stuff for and probably a more enjoyable experience with 4 or more

Creepy elements, jump scares, and a fear inducing ending

At least one player must be able to crawl
Handicap accessible as long as one player can crawl. Very low lighting. One puzzle involves color. One clue is delivered via audio.

This was my 100th room, and it was definitely the greatest to play for that! The atmosphere was incredible, the staff was amazing, and the immersion of the room was out of this world. I loved getting to be an “element” of this room. Lots of junk scares and surprises along the way. Our Game Masters Autumn and Thomas were super friendly and made the experience even better!

Our game-master, Eden, was one of my favorite game-masters ever, if not my favorite. My entire team feels that Eden really delivered. It was an emotional rollercoaster. I’m glad this room has a Terpeca. It’s well-deserved.

I can’t say one bad thing about this room. Starlight Hotel does not disappoint and definitely lives up to their reputation. Thomas, our actor, did a fantastic job playing our night manager and helping us along. It was just scary enough and flowed at the perfect pace. Puzzles weren’t overly difficult but added great flavor to the room.
